Cancellation policy

Workshops, special classes, open-lab time, and purchases. Here's what happens if your plans change.

Welcome to our community darkroom! Our classes are small, usually 4 to 8 people, so everyone gets hands-on time and one-on-one help. When someone cancels at the last minute, we usually can't fill that seat. Please read this policy before you book.

Workshops and special classes

  • 7 or more days before classFull refund, minus a 5% card processing fee.
  • 3 to 6 days before class50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before class, or no-showNon-refundable and non-transferable. By then, we've prepped materials for your spot.

If we cancel

If a workshop is canceled for low enrollment or an emergency, you'll get a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Open lab and hourly bookings

  • 24 hours' notice or moreCancel or reschedule for free using the link in your Acuity confirmation email.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice, or no-showNo refund.

Publications, prints, and retail

  • All sales are finalWe don't accept returns on publications, prints, or retail items. If you have a question before you buy, email us and we'll help.
