All attendees must reserve a spot in advance. Please do not bring children, friends, or family members who are not registered; we have limited space and cannot accommodate extra guests.

Darkroom materials are delicate and can be easily ruined if not handled properly. Please follow instruction in care for materials.

We treat everyone with respect and expect the same in return. PFR is a safe, inclusive space where everyone should feel welcome. We’re here to learn, create, and share joy through art.

Many of our tools and chemicals are vintage and fragile. Please handle everything with care.

Shooting on Film:
Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.

Summer Months:
Our lab stays cooler with a swamp cooler, but it can still be warm. Dress appropriately; we provide fans and water.

Chemicals:
In most workshops, you will not directly handle chemicals. Gloves are available if needed.

Health Concerns:
If you are pregnant or have health concerns, please consult your physician before attending.

Workshops start promptly. Please arrive on time. If delayed, text us, though we may not be able to wait, as it would be unfair to others. For cancellations, see our policy below.

Workshops are open to adults 18 years and older.

We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available under these conditions:

• Full Refund: Cancel 7+ days before the workshop (minus a 3% card fee).
• 50% Refund: Cancel 6 to 3 days before the workshop.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time.
